Address suggestions use Google Maps. As you type a property address, your search text is sent to Google to find suggestions. Your name, email and phone number from the report form are not sent with these searches. See the Google Privacy Policy and Google Maps terms. You can also enter your address manually.
Property report requests send your contact details and property address to our report service so we can prepare and email your report and follow up with you. The property address is searched in Cotality RP Data. Hosting and email providers may process this information outside Australia. Request records are retained for up to 90 days. Temporary report files are deleted after email acceptance, or within 24 hours; the emailed attachment remains in the recipient's mailbox. The general enquiry form is not yet connected to a receiving system.
